Automobile Cleaning Supervisor

At Tempo Car and Truck Wash, we are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Receive and process payments for specialized cleaning services.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
