Automobile Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Tempo Car and Truck Wash. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our vehicle washing and detailing services.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Receive and process payments for specialized cleaning services.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance as needed.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
