Job Title: Hair Stylist at Diamond Beauty

We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at Diamond Beauty. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. Your expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling hair will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

* Cut and style hair according to client preferences
* Provide hair coloring services, including bleaching, dyeing, and frosting
* Offer hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting
* Apply hair extensions and clean and style wigs and hair pieces
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in hair styling
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Setting:

This position is located in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.

Tasks:

* Book appointments
* Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences
* Shampoo customers' hair
* Shave and trim beards and mustaches
* Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages
* Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
* Apply hair extensions
* Clean and style wigs and hair pieces
* Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
* Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences
* Perform receptionist duties
* Maintain and order supplies

Hair Colouring Techniques:
