CH&E Coordinator Job Description

CAMH Education is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of CH&E Coordinator (Evaluation Specialist). This is a full-time, contract position (1 year) that reports to the Manager of Education Evaluation and Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, co-lead, and support evaluation and quality improvement projects.
  • Conduct evaluation of education courses, healthcare programs, and services related to Education and CAMH priorities.
  • Conduct literature reviews, develop data collection tools, perform data analysis, write reports, and contribute to publications and proposal writings.
  • Support the advancement of evaluation scholarship, including drafting and submitting protocols to Research Ethics Board (REB) and Quality Project Ethics Review (QPER).
  • Track and report Education strategic metrics and contribute to developing annual reports.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in evaluation, public health, or a relevant discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in program evaluation, research, or a related field.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, R, and NVIVO.
  • Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language.
