Job Title: Evaluation Specialist

Location: Remote

Employment Status: Temporary Full-Time

Salary Range: $55,953 - $81,656 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of projects, collaborating with partners to develop evaluation strategies and provide ongoing support for data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct research to enhance evaluation activities as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Support the national health team and partners in research and evaluation efforts.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in public health, evaluation, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading evaluations using various methodologies.
  • Familiarity with participatory evaluation approaches and caregiver support projects.
  • Strong methodological skills and experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and apply analytical frameworks to complex issues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
  • Understanding and commitment to equity and anti-racism principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French proficiency a plus.
  • Previous experience in health equity, community sectors, or social prescribing.

Working Conditions:

  • Fluency in English required for non-native speakers.
