Event Staff Opportunity at Fresh Form Draft

Welcome to Fresh Form Draft, a dynamic and creative architecture firm dedicated to transforming spaces into living works of art. We are seeking a skilled Event Staff member to join our team for various events, including conferences, weddings, corporate functions, and festivals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and checking in guests, and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise during the event.
  • Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all attendees.
  • Serve food and beverages, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and service, and ensuring a positive experience for guests.
  • Collaborate with event organizers and team members to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection, providing valuable insights to improve future events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in event staffing or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and customer service practices is preferred.
