**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full scope practical nursing functions for clients with predictable outcomes within a designated area of specialty. This includes activities such as assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting client care, as well as providing support to clients and their families.

As an LPN at Vancouver Coastal Health, you will also work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team under general supervision, and support the Registered Nurse in caring for clients with unpredictable outcomes.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
  • Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM);
