Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate ingredient statements and nutrition facts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Substantiate product claims and approve consumer-facing graphics to ensure regulatory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with product task force groups to address nutrition labeling, claims, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Manage packaging timelines to meet regulatory compliance and ensure timely product launches.

Requirements

  • BS in Nutrition Science, Food Science, Engineering, or equivalent as minimum.
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong collaborating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, balance multiple tasks, and work independently.
  • Previous experience working in regulatory affairs or other R&D roles such as specification management, quality assurance, or product development.
