About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collegial environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, communicating with patients and families, and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling appointments and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $49.20 - $67.08 per hour, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
