Job Title: Head Chef Assistant for Kaminari Ramen Bar

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Head Chef Assistant to join our team at Kaminari Ramen Bar.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in planning menus, estimating food requirements, and preparing complete meals or individual dishes. They will also inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the culinary industry is preferred.
Work Setting:

This role will be based in a fast-paced restaurant environment where attention to detail and physical demands are key. The selected candidate must be able to work under pressure, stand for extended periods, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.Personal Suitability:

  • Excellent client focus and dependability are essential for success in this role.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and judgement are also critical qualities for our ideal candidate.
  • A permanent full-time position with a guaranteed 30 hours per week, offering opportunities for growth and development.
  • $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
