About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at KAMINARI RAMEN BAR. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet customer demand
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including those for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
