Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mills Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our Acute Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide and coordinate nursing care to assigned patients consistent with current standards of nursing practice and the clinical specialty of Medical Surgical, maternity & pediatric nursing.
  • Practice as a member of the Acute Care Unit nursing team.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
  • Medical and surgical nursing experience required with pediatric, neonatal, maternity nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate related equipment.
  • Ability to organize work.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively.
