Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exam Invigilator to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and overseeing office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including budget and expenditure planning
  • Supervise a team of 16-20 people and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on team player skills
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

Public transportation is available, and the work environment is fast-paced with a focus on attention to detail.
