Job Summary

BITTS Testing Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exam Invigilator to join our team. As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our exams, as well as providing excellent customer service to our candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to maintain the highest level of exam security
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data assembly and report preparation
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Work Environment

Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced and requires excellent organizational skills.
