RI CLEANING LTD. is seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties as needed.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that cleaning operations are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Client focus, dependability, and flexibility.
