Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join our team in Ville Saint-Laurent. This is a permanent position with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments regarding accounts payable and receivable, as well as with customers regarding payments (collection).
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage company credit cards and perform tasks to support the finance department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in accounting or a similar role, with excellent data entry skills and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience with QuickBooks being an asset.
