Strategic Human Resources Leader

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating the work of regions and divisions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
