**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, including routine checks and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

Requirements:**

  • Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent
  • Five years of full-time experience in facilities maintenance, administration, or construction
  • Two years of experience in supervising employees or inmates
  • PREFERRED: Water or wastewater plant operations or maintenance experience; current Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) water or wastewater license
