Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Managed Service operations, ensuring alignment with KPMG's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and improve the reliability and efficiency of Managed Service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating effectively to resolve any issues.
