Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at ASR INNOVATIONS INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical specifications.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in IT service delivery, quality assurance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Jira, Workday, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
