As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
* Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
* Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
* Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
* Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
* Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
* Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Business Intelligence, Jira, Workday, and MS Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
