Job Title: Aluminum Door and Window Installer

SHRITECH DEVELOPMENTS INC. is seeking a skilled Aluminum Door and Window Installer to join our team. As an Aluminum Door and Window Installer, you will be responsible for installing aluminum doors and windows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionalism in Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Determine Layout and Installation Procedures: Assess job sites to determine the most efficient installation procedures, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Measure and Mark Guidelines: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
  • Prepare and Maintain Work Materials: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and readily available for use.
  • Utilize Hand and Power Tools: Safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and other equipment, to complete installations.
  • Erect and Install Scaffolding: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate installation and compliance with regulations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple installations and deadlines to meet.
  • Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail, ensuring accurate installation and high-quality results.
  • Handling Heavy Loads: Safely handle heavy loads, including materials and equipment.
  • Overtime Required: Work overtime as required, to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, including installation and maintenance of aluminum doors and windows.
