Position Overview

Calian is proud to provide our public and private sector clients across Canada with comprehensive psychological assessment services for candidate selection. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team in the Saskatoon area.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth interviews with candidates who have completed written personality assessments, administered by Calian. Your findings will be documented in a template, with the support of our experienced Senior Consulting Psychologist.
  • In this role, you will perform the second part of a two-part assessment, consisting of a structured clinical interview, following formal testing using MMPI-3 and 16PF.
  • You will review and interpret the results of the testing, conduct the follow-up clinical interview, and determine whether the candidate meets or does not meet the requirements of CSC.
  • You may also be required to provide feedback on individual assessment results to the candidates and defend psychological evaluations when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing assessments for public entities in the last 10 years.
  • Must have completed approximately a minimum of 50 assessments for psychological readiness of candidates in the last 10 years.
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology.
  • Must be fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Saskatchewan.
  • Must be fully fluent in English.
  • Must be able to conduct interviews with candidates in-person in a private office and/or remotely.
Additional Requirements
  • Casual contract – Flexible schedule Based on the needs of the client and the availability of the Psychologist.
  • Work can be done on weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends.
  • Must be able to conduct interviews with candidates in-person in a private office or virtually. If the candidate does not have access to a private office, Calian will be able to provide one for the candidate on an as-and-when-needed basis.
