Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

Calian is a leading provider of psychological assessment services to public and private sector clients across Canada. We are currently seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team in the Saskatoon area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to conduct assessments for candidate selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing candidates, reviewing and interpreting test results, and determining whether the candidate meets the requirements of Correctional Service Canada.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with candidates who have previously completed written personality assessments
  • Review and interpret test results, including MMPI-3 and 16PF
  • Determine whether the candidate meets the requirements of Correctional Service Canada
  • Provide feedback on individual assessment results to candidates
  • Defend psychological evaluations when required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing assessments for public entities in the last 10 years
  • Must have completed approximately a minimum of 50 assessments for psychological readiness of candidates in the last 10 years
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology
  • Must be fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Saskatchewan
  • Must be fully fluent in English
Additional Requirements:
  • Casual contract – Flexible schedule Based on the needs of the client and the availability of the Psychologist
  • Work can be done on weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends
