Technical Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at BELL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate solutions, and developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Sales to Existing Clients
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products and services to existing clients, with the goal of increasing sales and revenue.
Assess Client Needs and ResourcesYou will assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable products and services, ensuring that our solutions meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
Develop Reports and ProposalsYou will develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, highlighting their features, advantages, and value proposition.
Conduct Sales TransactionsYou will conduct sales transactions, including negotiating prices, terms, and conditions, and ensuring that all agreements are executed and implemented.
Prepare and Administer Sales ContractsYou will prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that clients are satisfied with the agreement.
Provide Input into Product DesignYou will provide input into product design, working closely with our product development team to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients.
Review and Adapt InformationYou will review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions, ensuring that our sales team is informed and up-to-date on the latest developments.
Provide Client PresentationsYou will provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products and services, highlighting their features, advantages, and value proposition.
Estimate CostsYou will estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services, ensuring that clients are aware of the total cost of ownership.
Requirements- Education
A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a similar industry.
LanguageFluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Work Hours40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
