Housekeeping Room Attendant Job Description

At ASHCROFT APARTMENTS AND MOTEL, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and comfortable sleeping area.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have everything they need.
  • Stock linen closets to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' belongings are safe and secure.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
