Join Our Team as a Part-time Sales Associate III

Coach is a leading luxury accessories and lifestyle brand, renowned for its high-quality craftsmanship and modern design aesthetic. As a Part-time Sales Associate III, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Tanger Outlets store in Cookstown, ON.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current collections and trends
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and clienteling
  • Support a collaborative and inclusive store environment, working closely with colleagues and supervisors
  • Stay current with market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and competition
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in cash register systems and mobile POS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
