About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Jack Rybak. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, and prepare nutritious meals to meet clients' dietary needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for the role.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and initiative are essential qualities for this position.
Work Environment

Our clients live in urban areas, and as a Home Support Worker, you will work in their homes, providing one-on-one care and support. This is a non-smoking environment.
