Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Support Worker to join our team in Richmond Hill. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our patients in their homes and in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and skincare
  • Assess and respond to the changing needs of patients, communicating with our care team as needed
  • Perform delegated and assigned tasks under the supervision of a Home Support Supervisor
  • Travel to patients' residences or facilities within assigned regions

Requirements

  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a Ministry-approved program
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including standing, bending, and lifting
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional personal care and customer service
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
  • Two Step TB Test (last 12 months)
