Job Title: Personal Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as per their care plan.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor or office.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to Bayshore HealthCare's policies and procedures, including infection prevention and control measures.
