\t* Retrieve and collate all truck tickets by company and date
\t* Review all tickets and enter 60 to 100 truck/pipeline tickets daily into Energy Components (EC)
\t* Review and scan for missing information; ensure all data processed is complete
\t* Research for missing information in archived files, calls to Fluid Haul Dispatch departments and stakeholders or via other methods
\t* Enter preliminary information, company name, date, unit, etc.
\t* Verify source and destination of fluid
\t* Accurately enter all information into Energy Components
\t* Review daily entries for accuracy and completeness
\t* Gather all special Projects such as propane and butane from various sources
\t* Troubleshoot data anomalies with Production Accountants and amend incorrect ticket entries
\t* Compile Third Party Disposal Reports for Foster Creek, Christina Lake and Sunrise and reconcile with internal records
\t* Reconcile rig reports (ensuring truck tickets agree to Well View data)
\t* Retain all tickets in accordance with FVR team procedures
\t* Contact Drilling Waste team to ensure receipt of all tickets for month-end reporting
\t* Encourage a continuous improvement culture by continually seeking to improve performance and work processes to be better, more efficient, effective, and safer
\t* Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders such as Fluid Haul, Production Accounting, Measurement, Environmental Operations
