Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising truck drivers and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of truck drivers to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the scheduling of truck drivers and ensure that all routes are optimized for efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of truck drivers and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure that all trucks are properly maintained and that all safety regulations are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all logistics operations are running smoothly.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in supervising truck drivers.
- Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks).
- Air Brakes Endorsement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
