Truck Drivers Supervisor

At Can American Enterprises Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of truck drivers, ensuring they are meeting their schedules and deadlines.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all drivers are following health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Licenses and Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement and Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks).
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
