Urban Barn is seeking a talented Store Supervisor to enrich the customer experience and grow with our team. As a leader in the furniture and home decor industry, we're passionate about making our customers and employees feel right at home.

As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we're looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in their decor choices and provide expert advice
  • Open, prepare, and close the store to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Train and coach team members to achieve their full potential
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store
  • Ensure the performance of the store and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store to create a welcoming environment

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of Retail sales experience with a focus on customer service leadership
  • A passion for interior décor and merchandising to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • A commitment to a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
