Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Operate dishwashers, wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Prepare and package take-out food, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive and store supplies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Support the food service team by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
