Job Title: FT Pump Attendant

At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Pump Attendant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Be dependable and responsible for all scheduled shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of the gas bar.
  • Perform exterior and interior housekeeping and maintenance duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Order, receive, price, and display merchandise as directed by the station manager, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Operate the StorePoint Terminal as assigned by the manager or GB Clerk, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring the gas bar is secure and ready for the next shift.
Requirements:
  • Strong service orientation and motivation, with the ability to serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with minimal supervision.
  • Experience and knowledge in automotive care and maintenance is an asset.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and staff in a professional manner.
  • Physical ability to handle the work assigned, with the ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
