Job Title: Retail Store Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Team Lead to join our team at Two Hills Bottle Depot. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and to meet the needs of our customers.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the products our customers want when they want them.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
