Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team at Hidden Lake Golf Club. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and safe working area.
  • Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries, checking for quality and quantity.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and rotate stock to prevent waste and spoilage.
  • Ensure all food is stored and handled at the correct temperature to prevent contamination.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to work through the fall months.
