About the Role
  • Listens to clients' needs and resolves complex situations.
  • Provides advice and offers solutions for personal and small business clients to meet their transaction, investment, and financing needs.
  • Supports clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide personalized recommendations.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Experience in advisory services, with a strong focus on client-centricity.
  • Demonstrated skills in communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
