Litigation Associate

REAL Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team in Calgary. As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our clients in the areas of wills and estates, commercial law, and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal support to clients in the areas of wills and estates, commercial law, and litigation
- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and court filings
- Conducting research and analyzing legal issues
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in litigation in Alberta
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial law
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- Law degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Ability to bring a book of business with them
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active in the community
- Participate on boards
- Trustworthy
- Ability to speak a second language other than English
