Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team at REAL Recruitment. As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our clients in the areas of wills and estates, commercial law, and family law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support to clients in the areas of wills and estates, commercial law, and family law
- Assisting in the preparation and conduct of court proceedings
- Conducting research and analyzing legal issues
- Developing and maintaining a book of business
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in litigation in Alberta
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial law
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- Law degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Ability to bring a book of business
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active in the community
- Participate on boards
- Trustworthy
- Ability to speak a second language other than English
