The Clinical Educator plays a crucial role in promoting resident-centered care by coordinating the assessment, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education programs and policies. This position requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with team members to achieve outstanding care outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting service excellence through the development and implementation of clinical education programs
  • Accurate and comprehensive documentation of education records, statistics, evaluations, and reports
  • Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited nursing school
  • No less than 3 years of experience in clinical education, preferably in palliative care
  • A strong understanding of adult education principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

This part-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will be required to work days (8am-4pm), 7 hours per shift, with 8 shifts per 2-week cycle.
