Job Summary:

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments to employees, as well as managing various HR, compensation, and finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments to Canadian and US employees
  • Experience with ADP (ADP Global View) is required
  • Manage Human Resources, Variable Compensation, and Finance-related tasks
  • Calculate manual cheques when required
  • Complete the Year-End Process and file all applicable tax year-end filings
  • Identify and process taxable benefits
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a plus

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
