Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we find the right candidates for our open positions.
  • Provide guidance and support to Team Members and Coaches on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs, setting new hires up for success.
  • Assist with payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster Team Member engagement, including organizing team-building events and recognition programs.
  • Serve as a liaison with Training and Development, identifying training needs and coordinating programs.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field is considered an asset.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a people-centered personality and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of relevant labor laws, regulations, and practices.
  • Fluency in Office 365 and ability to work on other software and website platforms.
