About the Role

The Sales Manager will work closely with the management team to develop and implement a growth strategy that exceeds client expectations and establishes the company as a leader in its field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a client-centric organization by deploying HR services tailored to their needs;
  • Monitor the market and competition to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities aligned with approved business development plans;
  • Contribute to the development of promotional and communication plans and ensure their implementation;
  • Successfully implement dedicated strategies, including role-based consulting, solicitation, and recruitment activities;
  • Manage existing and potential markets by proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements

A DEP, DEC, or BACC diploma in a relevant field is required.
