About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Hiossen Implant Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and coordinating activities with warehouse and production units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Production Coordination: Work closely with the production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner, and monitor production progress.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
