Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Scheduling and Work Management: Schedule work assignments and manage the workflow to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports of work completed, including logs and maintenance schedules.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
