About the Role

No Problem Movers Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can provide accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, reconcile accounts, and post journal entries.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1 year of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other accounting software.
  • BASIC security clearance.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. You will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

No Problem Movers Ltd. offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits.
