Crescent School is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and preparing and posting notices and advertisements. You will also be responsible for collecting and screening applicants, advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and reviewing candidate inventories. Additionally, you will contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruit graduates of colleges and universities, and coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates. You will also be responsible for notifying applicants of results of the selection process and preparing job offers, advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and determining eligibility to entitlements and arranging staff training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
