Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Film and Facility Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the account management team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and optimize processes.
  • Manage key accounts, including developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns that drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of proposals, contracts, and post-event wrap-up with clients.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation of sales knowledge, including cold calling, prospecting, and discovery.
  • Ability to collaborate, inspire change, and respect tradition.
  • Expertise in the film market and a thirst to stay current in industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and a keenness to collaborate.
  • Strong aptitude in data analysis and comfortable inputting and interpreting data.
  • Proven sense of salesmanship with a keen sense of understanding target audiences.
  • Ability to work events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
